I feel truly blessed to be working with evolving people in this great shift of consciousness taking place. Our lives are being challenged in the most profound of ways, in our careers, relationships and general living circumstances. Of course, it will invoke fear: every reason why not to step forwards will arise, as you push the buttons of those around you. But this is not the time to hesitate.

Day by day the Old Paradigm is becoming increasingly shaky as the Grand Galactic Convergence steadily breaks it down. Some will close down in fear and anxiety, when actually there is everything to gain by opening up. The shift is a massive spur toward your spiritual greatness. I ask, what else of any real value is actually going on? Greatness is within us all.

These are highly challenging times on the planet in society. A great deal of ancient karmic density is being stirred up. It's so easy to get pulled into the various dramas, which then perpetuates that struggle in your life. It's important to witness the boulders, yes, BUT - then utterly crucial to focus on the path between them. The soul is working to unwind through the karmic density and create from a higher vibration. Then the clouds will clear and you'll shape a new, more harmonious landscape. This is how we can thrive in 2023.

A new paradigm is beckoning the soul and the planet shifts progressively into 5D. But this is no easy process, not something to sit back and let happen. There must be a full-on, all-in, active engagement to progressively peel back the veils. That's where mastering the art of daily transcendence is so essential. You're feeling intimately into every situation that arises, whether harmonious or dissonant.

The old karmic construct that's been underpinning society is unravelling pretty rapidly right now. It's understandable, if at times, you might balk at it all and want to close back down in the 3D shell. But this is not the time to play it small! We must keep working through and shedding the old Homo sapiens layers. Progressively, your 5D wings take form, and you find you can navigate and create in the world from an entirely different, expanded possibility.

What often keeps people tight in the box and resisting the power of transformation on the spiritual path is the need for external validation of some kind. The requirement for friends or family, for example, to respect the new you you're unfolding into. If they're not evolving as quickly as you, unsupportive or negative feedback can be severely limiting. Where does this need for this validation come from? Most importantly, how can we move beyond it...

These are turbulent times for sure, as the planet and society shift through the gears of transformation. Each of us is connected physically and energetically through morphic fields that are activating and unravelling. That's even before we talk about the dramatic infusions of higher dimensional light. How are we to find balance and harmony through it all? The key is Homeostasis and Equanimity.

Reams of blogs, articles and videos have been produced about intentional or quantum manifesting to gain a desired outcome. But are they really successful? And what does "success" really look like? I maintain there is a way of coming into alignment with the natural flow of the universe and harnessing its power to create abundantly in your life.

Much More than the attainment of goals or desires

In 2025 we'll be sailing into the "Banana Zone", where the Shift goes exponential. Everything will shift more strongly. It's utterly essential, therefore, you know how to vision your future. But to be clear, I'm talking about the authentic future that's in alignment with your soul. How do you recognise the future multidimensional landscape that is landing now? Then how do you determine the next step to take?

On the spiritual path, what is the true measure of mastery? You may have journeyed plenty, you may have touched deep presence and be able to open into multidimensionality. However, this doesn't necessarily equate to being a master of the Shift itself, that which is moving everything into the Universal Torus of Life. For this, we must understand and master the process of Ascension itself.

On one of the walls at Openhand HQ in Glastonbury is a favourite painting of the ancient mystic Lao Tzu playing a small harp, and in so doing, unleashing a mighty blue sky dragon. It's an inspiring picture for sure, and to me, sings volumes about resurrecting our greater multidimensionality and what can transpire when we do. It's about breaking open the limitation of the small "I' - the identity, then with subtle feeling perception, connecting and embodying the majesty of the higher dimensional self.
